Mémoclé est la première clé de manœuvre capable d'identifier la vanne et de la manœuvrer tout en mémorisant les opérations effectuées. Chaque vanne est équipée d'un carré de manœuvre spécifique appelé "false top" faisant également office de détrompeur. Il contient les informations propres à sa vanne. Quand la clé de manœuvre est en place sur la vanne, les informations suivantes apparaissent sur l'afficheur: Emplacement de la vanne et taille; Type de vanne; Secteur dans le réseau; Sens d'ouverture de la vanne; Nombre de tours nécessaire à l'ouverture; Position en temps réel de la vanne. Wizkey is the first intelligent valve key designed to identify, record and control the operation of valves on a water distribution system. Each valve is capped with a “false top”, containing a minute data recording capsule. The unique profile of each valve is programmed into the capsule, so that when Wizkey is placed on the valve, it automatically informs the operator of the following:

Valve location and size. Valve type. Which water main is served. Opening direction of the valve. Number of turns to open the valve. Normal valve Status.
